A brace from Karna Limbu gave Samsung Jawalakhel Youth Club a comfortable 3-1 win over Baudha Football Club at Halchowk on Tuesday, while Laxmi Hyundai Manang Marshyangdi Club were held to a 1-1 draw by New Road Team at the Dashrath Stadium.
Jawalakhel came into the match knowing a win would move them to fourth in the standing after Three Star suffered a 4-0 loss at the hands of APF on Monday, but the finals result of the MMC-NRT clash, played simultaneously at the Dashrath Stadium (1-1), meant they had moved to third with 29 points at the expense of Three Star. NRT remained at fourth with 28 points, ahead of Three Star on goal difference
